1. General
Our general terms and conditions below apply to all contracts for the delivery of stickers / stickers, custom sets and all other products.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract
All offers from printyourbrick Custom Bricks are binding.
A contract is concluded when the buyer has completed the purchase via the online shop or in the store.

3. Delivery
Our products are always shipped insured by Deutsche Post. When the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider, the risk is transferred to the buyer. This also applies if carriage paid delivery has been agreed. If the goods are to be collected by the buyer, the risk is transferred to the buyer when they are notified that they are ready.

4. Liability and Compensation
We are only liable for willful and grossly negligent behavior of our legal representatives and executive employees and for the willful and grossly negligent breach of main obligations by other employees. We are not liable for consequential damage. To the extent permitted by law, the manufacturer is in no way liable for any damage of any kind, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damage resulting from personal injury, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of business information or any other financial loss resulting from the use of this product or from the fact that it cannot be used.

5. Circumstances
Circumstances for which Printyour Brick Custom Bricks is not responsible and which hinder, complicate or make impossible the procurement, manufacture or dispatch, such as force majeure, war, labor disputes, riot, official measures, lack of energy or raw materials, operational disruptions or the absence of deliveries from our suppliers, exempt printyourbrick Custom Bricks from the delivery obligation for the time these circumstances exist. If these circumstances last longer than two months, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

6. Retention of title and delivery period
The delivery of stickers etc. is subject to retention of title. The material remains our property until all claims, including future claims, have been paid in full. There is no binding to an agreed delivery period if the client requests changes to the specifications of the work or if the data supplied cannot be used by printyourbrick Custom Bricks.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you
